Service Agreement & Terms

1. Services

The Company provides professional residential and commercial trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing at the address on file. Commercial service applies only to standard roll-out trash or recycling bins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services do not include dumpsters, large containers, or specialty waste receptacles.

2. Recurring Plans

A recurring plan means services are automatically scheduled based on the selected frequency, monthly or quarterly, and will continue until canceled by the Client or Elite Trash Bin Cleaners LLC. Recurring plans automatically continue until canceled according to these Terms. It is the Client's responsibility to follow the cancellation process outlined below.

3. Minimum Service Commitment

All plans require a minimum of 3 completed cleanings before cancellation. Please note the following commitment timelines based on your selected plan:
Monthly plan: minimum commitment is 3 months
Quarterly plan : minimum commitment is 9 months
If a Client cancels before completing the 3 cleaning minimum, the Client will be responsible for the remaining balance needed to satisfy the minimum service commitment.

4. Minimum Commitment Policy

Service visits are scheduled by the Company based on your neighborhood's designated route day. Service days and times may vary based on route scheduling, weather, equipment availability, holidays, or other operational needs. Clients will receive a booking confirmation with their scheduled visit date. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients of any significant schedule changes.

5. Bin Access Requirements

The Client agrees to ensure bins are placed out after trash pickup, empty, visible, and accessible on the scheduled service day. Bins must be free of locked gates, animals, vehicles, or any other conditions that block access. If bins are not accessible or not placed out on time, the scheduled visit may still be charged as a completed service.

6. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or skip service if a bin contains hazardous materials, excessive waste, pests, bodily fluids, chemicals, paint, oil, medical waste, human waste, sharp objects, or any condition that creates a safety concern for Company staff. Skipped visits due to these conditions may still be charged as a completed service.

7. Payment & Automatic Billing

By approving this quote, the Client authorizes Elite Trash Bin Cleaners LLC to charge the payment method saved on file after each completed service visit. Elite Trash Bin Cleaners LLC does not accept cash or checks. All payments are processed securely by credit card or ACH bank transfer.

8. Additional Bins

Each service plan covers one standard household bin. Additional bins are available at $8.00 per bin per visit and must be requested in advance.

9. Pricing Changes

The Company reserves the right to adjust service pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice for recurring plan Clients and a minimum of 7 days notice for all other Clients. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Cancellation Process

Cancellations must be submitted by email to tonywilliams@elitetrashbincleaners.com at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service date. Cancellations received after that window may result in a charge for the upcoming visit. The Company will confirm all cancellations in writing by email.

11. Damage Claims

If a Client believes the Company caused damage during a service visit, the Client must report the claim by email within 48 hours of the completed visit. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered. The Company will review all claims and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Photo & Media Permission

The Company may take before and after photos of bins during service visits for proof of service, quality assurance, or marketing purposes. By approving this quote, the Client grants Elite Trash Bin Cleaners LLC permission to use these images for business purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without the Client's consent.

13. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of your visit and we will make it right.
